Why only ten?
That's the point. A short list is one you can actually finish. Today's TEN holds up to ten things for today, and each My TENs list holds up to ten items too.
How do I mark a task done?
On iPhone, press and hold a task until it completes. You can also complete tasks right from the DoTEN widget.
What's free, and what does the purchase unlock?
Today's TEN and your first My TENs list are free forever. A one-time purchase unlocks up to 10 My TENs lists. There's no subscription.
I bought the unlock. How do I restore it?
Open DoTEN, go to Account, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
My lists aren't syncing between devices
- Check that each device is signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on.
- Make sure DoTEN is up to date on every device.
- Give it a minute. iCloud can take a little while to deliver changes, especially right after opening the app.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose DoTEN.
Can I get a daily reminder?
Yes. Open Account, turn on Daily Reminder, and pick a time.
How do I shorten a long link in a task?
Paste the link into a task and DoTEN offers to rename it, so the task shows a short name instead of the full web address. Tap the name to open the link.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
